ISSUE:
An improved design A/C filter kit is available to prevent A/C compressor failures and replaces parts F2VY-19E773-C and F2VY-19E773-D which have been revised.

ACTION:
Remove the defective parts from your dealership's inventory. The defective parts do NOT have two green X's on the unit cartons and should be returned to your facing PDC within thirty (30) days of this TSB.

1. Perform 100% sort all dealership stock on hand. Okay stock has two green X's on the unit cartons.

2. Suspect stock does NOT have the green X's on unit cartons. Return defective parts F2VY-19E773-C and F2VY-19E773-D to your facing PDC using the least expensive transportation.

3. If claim is processed electronically using DOES II, use return code "GB"; otherwise, complete a separate paper claim form FPS-340 using return code "J".

4. In the "Remarks" section, write "Returned Per TSB 93-22-6".

LIMITS
^ The returns must be received within 30 days from the date of this TSB.
^ Returns are restricted to the subject part.
^ The parts must have been purchased from FCSD in accordance with Policy And Procedure Bulletin 4000.

CREDIT Credit for parts and prepaid freight costs will be issued.

NOTE:
REPLENISHING PARTS WILL BE SHIPPED BY YOUR FACING PDC AND WILL HAVE GREEN X'S ON BOTH THE UNIT AND THE OVERPACK CARTON. SHIPMENTS RECEIVED WITHOUT THE GREEN X IDENTIFICATION SHOULD BE REJECTED.
